How is my rate calculated?

Twitch sponsorships are often priced using average concurrent viewers (CCV) and how long the brand gets exposure. The formula we use is:

The $/CCV/hour depends on effort: a quick banner or mention is on the lower end ($0.80–$1.00); a dedicated segment or demo is higher ($1.25–$1.50+). Our calculator uses three tiers — Floor, Standard, Premium — so you get a range that matches what you’re offering.

What’s a media kit?

A media kit is a one-page summary you send to brands: your channel name, your rate range, key stats (CCV, followers, niche), and how to contact you. Instead of writing a long email every time, you share one link or PDF. Brands get the numbers they need; you look professional and save time.

Who is this for?

Twitch streamers who want to pitch sponsors (or already get DMs from brands) but aren’t sure what to charge. Small and mid-sized streamers often undercharge because they don’t know the norms. This tool gives you a rate range and a shareable one-pager so you can negotiate with confidence.

• What’s CCV?

  CCV (concurrent viewers) is your average number of viewers during a stream. Twitch shows this in your stream manager. Brands use it to estimate reach when pricing sponsorships.

• Where do the $/CCV numbers come from?

  They’re based on common ranges used by streamers and agencies ($0.80–$1.50 per CCV per hour depending on effort). Your exact rate can vary by niche, engagement, and brand — use the range as a starting point.

• Do I need an account?

  No. Use the calculator and build a media kit without signing up. Save & get link gives you a permanent link to share.

• What’s the difference between free and Pro?

  Free: up to 3 media kits per email; share page and PDF include a “Made with CCV Rate” footer. Pro ($8/month): unlimited kits and no branding on the share page or PDF. Cancel anytime from the Pro page (“Manage subscription”).

• How do I get my Pro key after paying?

  Right after payment you’re redirected to a success page that shows your Pro key. Copy it and enter it in the “Pro key” section on the Media Kit page. If the key doesn’t appear immediately, the page will keep trying for a few seconds.

• How do I cancel Pro?

  Go to the Pro page, enter your Pro key, and click “Manage subscription.” You’ll be taken to Stripe’s billing portal where you can cancel. You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period.

• Is my media kit data stored?

  When you click “Save & get link,” we store your kit so the shareable link works. We don’t sell your data. You can share the link or PDF with anyone.
